Cheryl joins CLV Realty Corporation with over thirty six years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate and specializes in all aspects of commercial sales and leasing, including office, industrial and retail as well as tenant representation. Cheryl has leased over several million square feet in commercial space throughout her career in real estate and has an excellent relationship with Landlords, Developers and Brokers alike.
Cheryl is an elected member of the CSD Executive Council with the Ottawa Real Estate Board by her peers and professionals.
Cheryl has represented International Associations, National and Regional Local firms, and commercial retailers throughout the Ottawa region and Toronto.
Cheryl is the recipient of the YMCA-YWCA Woman of Distinction Award for active living. Cheryl is well recognized in the community for her outstanding involvement in raising money for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. She has won The Determination award for Top Individual Fundraiser on numerous occasions. Cheryl was the 2015 recipient for the Canadian Breast Cancer/ CIBC Community Commitment award in Toronto for raising $175,000.
Cheryl was team captain for the Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build in Orleans for Team Body Builders in 2015.
