Cheryl joins CLV Realty Corporation with over fourty five years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate and specializes in all aspects of commercial sales and leasing, including office, industrial and retail as well as tenant representation. Cheryl has leased over several million square feet in commercial space throughout her career in real estate and has an excellent relationship with Landlords, Developers and Brokers alike. Cheryl has her F.R.I Designation and Brokers Designation.
Cheryl was elected member of the CSD Executive Council with the Ottawa Real Estate Board by her peers and professionals.She has been a member of the Real Estate Board for over 25 years.
Cheryl has represented International Associations, National and Regional Local firms, and commercial retailers throughout the Ottawa region and Toronto.
Cheryl is the recipient of the YMCA-YWCA Woman of Distinction Award for active living. Cheryl is well recognized in the community for her outstanding involvement in raising money for the Canadian Cancer Society. She has won The Determination award for Top Individual Fundraiser on numerous occasions. Cheryl was the 2015 recipient for the Canadian Breast Cancer/ CIBC Community Commitment award in Toronto for her fundraising. She has raised over $350,000.
Cheryl has been team captain for five (5) of the Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build’s in Orleans and Kemptville. In 2019 Cheryl’s team “The Body Builder” were the top womans fundraising team for Habitat’s Womans Build.
